Today is a hard day!
Please pray for us today, but mostly Jeff. He has to turn in his badge today. He is offically no longer a police officer with the Montrose Police Department. For those of you who don't know, Jeff had another seizure and can't drive until January. The Chief and HR could accomidate him, but refuse. Because they are unwilling to accomidate him (like they have before with Jeff and others) he has used all of his family leave time for the year. So they are fireing him. Jeff is so good and passionate about his job. We feel like we are loosing our PD family, the patrol officers have taken care of us and we love them so much. We are looking at jobs in GJ, so we are also loosing our community and home.

thanks for sharing whats going on in your neck of the woods. i am sorry time shave been tough. it seems like a lot of junk has been going on with a lot of people lately. we will pray for you guys during this time.
times have*
not time shave!!
We love you, and we are continuing to pray for God's favor over you.
I am praying for you! Also for the perfect job in GJ. BTW I played bunko with your mom tonight! Found out that my nephew
BJ dated your sister Stacy? back when they were 15 or 16 (lol).
Praying for you guys still, especially on this tough day. God has nothing but good planned for your precious family, even though sometimes it's hard to see that through the muck. Let us know if there's anything we can do to help in any way! Seriously, we'd be blessed to help, even if you just need a babysitter while job hunting or house hunting, if you do end up in G.J. :)
My heart goes out to you guys! We will be praying for you. Keep clinging to Jesus. Our lives are so full of things that we think are secure and then they fall apart and we are left with only our faith in Christ because He truely is the only secure thing we have! I pray that God will blow you away by providing for your needs in ways that you could have never imagined! We serve a God who is out of the box!! And I hope that you will see Him show up in many big and smalls ways for you!
Love ya! Sheila
